The Brief
Styled for entertaining, inside and out.
The brief was to give this expansive two-level penthouse a clear market presence without allowing the interiors to outweigh its defining assets. Each room needed to connect naturally with the terraces, reinforce the home’s capacity for entertaining and keep the panoramic harbour outlook in view.
Styling Direction
Neutral forms, warm accents & an open horizon.
Generous light upholstery keeps the living areas open and relaxed, with rust and ochre accents adding warmth against white walls, oak floors and muted artwork. Low profiles preserve the long sightlines to the harbour, while woven outdoor furniture gives each terrace the presence of a room in its own right.

Room by room.

01
Woven forms add texture while leaving the harbour panorama entirely unobstructed.

02
Natural tones connect the marble kitchen, oak flooring and adjoining living area.

03
Pale upholstery and an open arrangement keep the movement towards the terrace uninterrupted.

04
Low outdoor seating extends the bedroom beyond the glass without crowding the terrace.

05
The bedroom remains restrained, allowing the private terrace and distant skyline to draw the eye.

06
Dining and lounge settings establish distinct zones across the generous entertaining terrace.

07
A long, low sofa gives the narrow room generosity without interrupting its garden connection.

08
Warm neutrals and graphic artwork hold their own beside the green terrace outlook.

09
A restrained arrangement leaves the bathroom’s tonal finishes and clean lines uninterrupted.

010
Tonal bedding and curved forms soften the strong geometry of the oak-panelled wall.
